Russian street getting new tarmac captured by time lapse

The Russian city of Tver is about 100 miles North West of Moscow and it has the same wide streets as the capital city of Russia. However, giving the roads a new layer of tarmac is quickly done. As long as you are willing to employ enough manpower and machinery the delays for road users will be kept to a minimum.
