As a whole airline food is getting better, but it is still difficult to compare it to food we would order and eat on the ground, but surely that is to be expected.
With the amount of people that fly every day and expect a meal up in the sky, airlines have to take cooking a meal to a whole new level.
Cathay Pacific, for example, employ 2100 people in their main kitchen to prepare 81,000 meals a day.
