The Immigrants Of Ellis island

The Immigrants Of Ellis island

Ellis Island in New York City was the gateway to a new and better future for many of the great grandparents of millions of people now living in the United States Of America.
The I'm quarter German, half Dutch and a bit of Albanian stories can be traced all the way back to those early years landing on Ellis island.
These are just a few of the images which The New York Public Library has on display of this old wave of immigrants.
