Ruins of the American Southwest Part II
Again a new Chris Luckhardt gallery! The American southwest is a photographer’s dream. Its vividly colorful and rapidly changing landscapes are uniquely photogenic. Its primarily hot and dry climate is perfectly suited for preserving abandoned cars, signs, airplanes and a plethora of ghost towns. Thanks to light pollution laws, the night sky is especially dark; the environment is perfectly suited for star trails photography in the desert landscape.! This is the second in a series of photos featuring abandonments of the American southwest, the first series of photos can be seen here. Chris Luckhardt is a Canadian photographer, based in Toronto.
